Property Women aims to provide you with quality products and services. Our policy relating to refunds varies depending on the product or service you purchase.

Books, CDs and DVDs
We take great care to accurately describe these products on this website. Please select carefully when ordering these products as we do not offer refunds. Where the product you receive is not as it was described on this website we will, at our discretion, either refund your purchase or replace it with a product that does meet the description. Where a refund or exchange is to take place, the original product must be received by us in it's original condition.

Software
Due to licencing conditions we can not refund any software purchase.

One Day Workshop
Your satisfaction on the day is guaranteed. If you are not entirely convinced at any time during the workshop that it has been a great investment in both your time and money - ask any of the support staff and they will arrange to refund 100% of your booking fee. The only conditions are that you must tell us on the day and that you return your workbook, any free gifts and that you won't be able to participate in the ongoing on-line forum. (Refunds processed within 2 working days)
