Just 7 years after this modest start Rachel and her partner purchased an incredible 74 properties across Australia and New Zealand and still hold 70 of them.  Rachel has developed an eye for a deal and will share with you how she uncovers them time-after-time.  Rachel says, "You make your own luck"and  help you conjure up a little lady luck for yourself.   Research – Maree Mortimer (Property Finder)   Two years ago, after a successful 20 year career as a physiotherapist, Maree Mortimer decided to let this go and pursue her property lifestyle dream. At the time people told her she was crazy to give up her good income...she had just moved into a new home and taken on a large mortgage, had three children aged 1 to 7 and to top it all off her husband had just been made redundant from his job!  But as Maree says "it had become more uncomfortable to stay in the 'safe' place where I was than to step out into the unknown and follow my passion". Maree is now a full-time property finder. Disc 2 Tax Matters – Kenina Court (Accountant, Property Investor, Writer for Property Magazine) Kenina is passionate about creating wealth, and turning earned income from salary, wages or business into passive income.  For over 10 years, Kenina, along with her husband Allen, has been an active property investor. Kenina has studied with Dolf de Roos and Robert Kiyosaki, both of whom she has shared the stage with.   With over 20 years of experience as an accountant, coupled with her experience as an investor, Kenina understands what investors and business owners need to take care of and manage in order for them to create wealth, and then to protect it.  Her experience as an investor has Kenina thinking outside of the box to come up with innovative strategies and solutions to create wealth, both from an investment and tax point of view.

	Disc 3 Finance and Purchase Methods – Tina Webb (Mortgage Adviser) Tina Webb has been a professional mortgage advisor for the past 12 years. As well as sourcing finance from both bank and non bank lenders, she helps investors throughout New Zealand and overseas to build their property portfolios.  Tina has extensive practical knowledge of many aspects of residential property. She spent time working in the Building, Real estate and Finance industries over the past 23 years.  This led to her becoming a mortgage broker/advisor, setting up her own company in 1997. She was one of the first brokers to bring the Lo doc product to New Zealand from Australia.
	Disc 4 Conveyancing – Kim Matheson (Conveyancing Settlements) Kim is the Principal of Regent Conveyancing, Conveyancing Practitioners in Rotorua and the Vice President of the New Zealand Society of Conveyancers.  She has worked in the property conveyancing and settlements industry since 1984.   New Legislation of which Kim was highly involved in, is responsible for the new profession of Conveyancing in New Zealand no longer giving the Legal Fraternity the monopoly on the market and providing consumer choice!
	Buy and Hold, Pros and Cons of Developing – Kathy Engelbrecht (Property Finder and Investor) Kathy’s business has grown from strength to strength and she will walk you through her strategies for investment purchases – including the pitfalls and her own golden rules of what she looks for when buying.  Kathy has benefited hugely from the value of ongoing education and having the right mind-set.   Kathy immigrated to New Zealand in 2002 and discovered that New Zealand is the perfect country for investing in property, with no capital gains tax, nor any stamp duty, strict tenancy laws and ease of purchasing.
