Judith Taylor and I have not long been back from our first New Zealand speaking event, for the New Zealand Property Investing Federation Conference 2008 in Rotorua.  It was fantastic!  There were approx. 250 delegates there from all over New Zealand, and at least one from Australia.  It was great fun and we were lucky enough to be given a tour of Rotorua and Taupo property.  Some of the yields there are exciting... getting 8% and more in a few areas now, and with their interest rates still set to come down further, positive cash flow property is just around the corner...or across the Tasman!

It wasn't all about property though - we did get to mix with some celebrities at night ... must have had too much champagne though, there seemed to be two Marilyn Monroes!

Judith had the best time that evening - Property, New Zealand, Great Food and Dancing.... in Judith's words.."Wow!  What more could I wish for?"
