Hey There, I'm Jo Vadillo, property buyer, investor, speaker and mentor.
Property Women was established in 2006 from a simple idea: property education shouldn’t come wrapped in jargon, ego, or “bro-marketing” bravado. Back then, most of the industry felt like a stage show, all flash, no connection. It didn’t speak to women juggling careers, families and real-life commitments who simply wanted genuine guidance and community.
What started as an educational group quickly grew into a nationwide movement helping women take charge of their financial future through property. For 19 years, we’ve supported women across Australia to buy smarter, build wealth and achieve financial independence with integrity, humour and heart.
As the world has evolved, so have we. Whether it’s full buyers agent support or personalised mentoring, our focus remains the same: honest support, trusted professional connections, and a sense of belonging.
