This is a 120-day high-touch mentoring and support experience designed to help you buy with clarity and confidence. You’ll remain hands-on—attending inspections, researching properties—while we guide you through every step with expert advice, deal reviews, suburb insights, and negotiation strategies tailored to your situation.

You’ll be working directly with a highly experienced, professional buyer’s agent. Not a chatbot. Not an AI tool. A real person with decades of industry experience and a deep passion for helping people make smart property decisions.

 We understand life happens. You can reschedule your onboarding session with at least 8 hours' notice—no penalties.

Our initial strategy session is conducted via Zoom to allow for screen sharing and in-depth planning. As the program progresses, we adapt to your preferred communication style—whether that’s WhatsApp for quick check-ins, email for detailed data reviews, or phone calls for time-sensitive discussions. When we're unpacking complex data or need visual clarity, we’ll return to Zoom as needed.

Additional extended support beyond your 120 days or 5 deal reviews can be purchased separately. We’ll guide you on this toward the end of your program if it makes sense for you and for us.

Keep in mind, your finance pre-approval also has an expiry date. We help you stay on track, focused, and accountable—cutting through indecision and over-analysis. We aim to respond to all emails within one business day—often much faster. You’re welcome to reach out with quick questions. If you attend an open on a Saturday you are welcome to upload images or questions that day for review and analysis on the following Monday.

You’ll also have access to our direct mobile number, we kindly ask for fair usage and respect for response times. For faster, ongoing communication, we find a group WhatsApp chat works brilliantly for quick updates and back-and-forth during your buying journey.

We also understand that property buying doesn’t always stick to a 9-to-5, Monday-to-Friday routine. If you need urgent support on a Saturday or a pre-auction pep talk, we’re here to help—just reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

No—this is a virtual support service. You stay in control of your journey. Our role is to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to handle inspections, agent conversations, and key decisions independently.

If you’d like more hands-on involvement, you're welcome to upgrade to our full buyers agent packages. In that tier, we take a more active role—including sourcing the property, attending inspections and liaising with agents, solicitors, brokers, and other parties on your behalf.

Not quite. A traditional buyer’s agent conducts the entire property search, attends inspections, and manages negotiations for you—expect to pay from $15,000 for a good buyers’ agent.
