We shortlist and speak with the best local agents, reviewing their market share, recent results and average days on market. We also assess everything from marketing recommendations and costs through to fee structures and how they would position and manage your specific property in current market conditions.

How we get paid?
We don’t charge consumers to use our Sellers Advocacy services.
We receive a fee from the agents we partner with when a customer nominates to use their services for the property sale. Our model is pay-on-success, meaning the agent only pays a fee if they win the listing and the property is successfully sold.
To ensure the service remains impartial and consistent, we charge the same flat service fee to all partner agents Australia-wide.
The service fee is a flat 20% of the agent’s commission (excluding GST).
